An antique early 1900's victorian Halloween postcard in very good condition. There is very mild corner and edge wear, and a crease to the upper right hand corner. There are some edge flakes that have come off, but it still displays wonderfully. It is embossed, is nice and colorful, and has a little girl bobbing for apples. It also has a black cat that is watching her on it. The card reads "Hallowe'en Pleasures Of all the fun and merry jest, to bob for apples is the best". It is used and postmarked Brooklyn New York Flatbush October 31st 1913, and has the numbers 226B on the back lower left hand corner. Add this hard to find card to your collection!
