FREE standard shipping to all continental US destinations on every purchase. International customers please email us for a very reasonable shipping quote. Please note that Ebay store & auction purchases are not included in the website free shipping promotion unfortunately, but we will combine on all purchases to save our customers money.

Insurance Claims

In the event your item is lost or damaged, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. We do not use USPS insurance, but use a private insurance company as it has a quicker turn around time for our customers, and it is more reasonable. We do require a form to be filled out by the customer so that we may submit the claim. The good news is....... is that I have had only 2 lost or damaged packages in over 10 years of selling online, so please feel confident that your package will make it to your destination unscathed.

Returns

 
Please email us prior to returning the item. Items that are not damaged may be returned by returning them unused and in the original box with original packing, insured, and with tracking within 7 days of receipt to:
